Sales Representative

Hireqo is a fast-growing verified hiring marketplace platform connecting all businesses across the United States with background-checked, identity-verified workers. We are launching in Ohio and looking for a driven Sales Representative to help us acquire our first clients and grow the platform. You will reach out to small businesses, restaurants, healthcare providers, DSP agencies and construction companies to introduce them to Hireqo. Day to day you will make calls and send emails to business owners, schedule and conduct platform demos, close subscription deals, and build long-term client relationships. Success in this role looks like signing 5 or more paying clients per month and maintaining strong client relationships that result in referrals

Requirements & qualifications

Strong communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently from home. Basic computer skills — able to use email, Zoom and Google Sheets. Experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required. Passion for startups and growing something from the ground up. Must have reliable phone and internet connection. Experience with small businesses or hiring industry is a big plus.
