Marketing Specialist

Hireqo is a verified hiring marketplace platform connecting small businesses across the United States with trusted, background-checked workers. We are a fast-growing Ohio-based startup looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to help us grow our brand and acquire our first customers. You will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads. You will create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook targeting small business owners. Day to day you will manage our social media accounts, write marketing copy, run ad campaigns, track performance metrics, and help build partnerships with local Ohio businesses. Success in this role looks like growing our social following, generating qualified leads for our sales pipeline, and helping us onboard our first 10-20 paying customers.

Requirements & qualifications

2+ years experience in digital marketing or related field. Strong knowledge of social media platforms especially LinkedIn and Instagram. Experience running paid ad campaigns on Google or Meta. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote startup environment. Knowledge of email marketing tools preferred. Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is a plus.
