Hireqo LLC is the first all-in-one verified hiring and workforce management platform for US small and medium businesses. We combine job posting, background checks, identity verification, FBI fingerprint coordination, drug test booking, shift scheduling, timesheets, and payroll — all in one platform starting at $99/month. We are launching later this year and we are looking for the right Business Partner to grow with us from the ground floor. THE OPPORTUNITY This is not a traditional job. This is a ground floor equity opportunity in a real registered Ohio LLC with a live platform, secured integrations, and a clear path to revenue. If you are someone who is tired of working for someone else and wants to own a piece of something real — this is for you. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU WILL DO → Find and approach small and medium businesses in Northwest Ohio who need better hiring and workforce tools → Conduct live demos of the Hireqo platform to potential clients → Close subscription deals and onboard new paying clients → Build and maintain strong client relationships for long term retention → Represent Hireqo at local networking events and business associations → Organize reports and track your client pipeline weekly → Work directly alongside the founder to shape the business strategy ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU WILL EARN 💰 COMMISSION - Starter plan client $99/month — earn $20/month per client - Growth plan client $249/month — earn $50/month per client - Professional plan client $399/month — earn $80/month per client 📈 EQUITY - Complete 90 day trial — earn 10% equity - Reach 20 clients — earn additional 5% - Reach 50 clients — earn additional 5% - Reach 100 clients — earn additional 5% - Maximum available equity — 25% of Hireqo LLC 💡 WHAT 25% EQUITY COULD BE WORTH - At 100 clients — your share $125,000 - At 500 clients — your share $750,000 - At 1,000 clients — your share $2,500,000

Requirements & qualifications

✅ US citizen or permanent resident ✅ Based in or near Northwest Ohio ✅ Strong communicator and natural relationship builder ✅ Self motivated — works without needing to be told ✅ Hungry for more than a regular job ✅ Trustworthy and professional PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED ⭐ Sales or business development experience ⭐ Existing network of small business owners ⭐ Background in HR, payroll, recruiting, accounting, or bookkeeping ⭐ Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing THE 90 DAY TRIAL Before receiving equity all partners complete a 90 day trial: Month 1 — Learn the platform and make your first 20 outreach contacts Month 2 — Conduct 10 demos and close your first 2 paying clients Month 3 — Reach 5 total paying clients and present your performance review If you succeed — we sign the equity agreement and build this together.
